1、论文内容需围绕会议议题，突出水下技术、海洋工程装备等领域的创新与成果，具有较重要的学术价值与应用推广价值，并未在国内外公开发行的刊物或会议上发表或宣读过，请用英文撰写。
2 、全文(不超过 10 页)及摘要（不超过 1 页）格式请参考本届官方网站 :http://sut2021.aconf.cn/index.html。投稿及注册网站同上（文件名格式：论文名称+作者+单位，WORD 版本）。
3、摘要和全文投稿接收时间：2021 年 5 月 1 日。
4、摘要投稿截止时间：2021 年 9 月 15 日；
全文投递截止时间：2021 年 10 月 15 日。
